Technical Service Fee Introduction by eMudhra
We recently received a communication from eMudhra, our certifying authority, outlining a significant change in their pricing structure. Beginning from 27th August 2023 (Sunday midnight), eMudhra will introduce a Technical Service Fee of Rs. 300/- + GST, bringing the total to Rs. 354/- on each Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) application. This fee will remain consistent regardless of the certificate type (whether Signature, Encryption, Combo, DGFT, etc.) or the certificate’s validity period (1 year, 2 year, 3 year). This change isn’t specific to eMudhra; it applies to all Certifying Authorities across the nation.
What This Means for EVERSIGN Customers
As a Premium eMudhra Sales Partner & Controller, EVERSIGN is bound by the pricing guidelines and changes mandated by eMudhra. Consequently, starting from 26th August 2023, we at EVERSIGN will begin charging this additional fee into the cart at the time of order placement for DSC on our website, www.eversign.in. This means when you select a DSC product, the mentioned Technical Service Fee will automatically be added to your cart total. We want to stress that there will be no hidden charges or post-purchase additions. The price you see at checkout will encompass all necessary fees, ensuring a seamless and transparent transaction for all our users.
