EVERSIGN (“we” and “us”) is the operator of https://eversign.in (“Website”).
By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement, to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to confirm whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been issued/activated and downloaded from the Certifying Authority, as they are legally bound and non-transferable.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for DSCs under any circumstances.

Physical items such as USB tokens may be returned only if unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition, with the return shipping cost borne by the customer.

3.2 Warranty Returns

If a USB token is found to be defective or non-functional, EVERSIGN will honor valid warranty claims provided a request is raised within 3 days of receipt. Customers must pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.

In such cases, the associated DSC will be re-issued to a replacement token within its validity period. The DSC itself cannot be refunded or cancelled.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2–7 days for the North India region, and 7–15 days for the rest of the country.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally

After dispatch, international deliveries usually take 5–15 business days. Actual transit may be extended by customs inspections, duty/tax assessments, or local last-mile handling.
(Note: DSCs are issued digitally worldwide. Only USB tokens, if purchased, are shipped physically.)

4.3 Shipping Cut-Off Timing

Shipping of the USB Token containing your DSC begins only after successful KYC verification and completion of DSC download from the Certifying Authority.

  • Orders verified and DSCs downloaded before 10:00 AM IST are usually dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders verified later are shipped on the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. During closures, shipments resume on the next working day, and we take all possible steps to minimize delays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to update the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait until the item becomes available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while awaiting the backordered item.
(This applies only to physical items such as USB tokens, as DSC issuance is digital.)

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted period, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation with the courier.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier where possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact our customer service for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 GST

All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of GST, as per Indian law.

8. Cancellations

Orders for DSCs may be cancelled only before KYC verification is completed and the DSC is issued/activated.
Once issued/activated/downloaded, DSC orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

USB token-only orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Parcel Damaged in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Parcel Lost in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and confirmed the parcel is lost.
